Braden's Thunder

...Thighs that is!

Our little man is one chunker, that's for sure! And i love every thing about it.

Cottage Cheese anyone? hehe, if only he knew what i was posting! The only time in life that it's okay and totally cute to have cellulite alllll over your butt! (and a little roll at the top)

I think it's safe to say my baby is thriving...wouldn't you agree? He was 16.2lbs and 25in. long at his 4 month check up and as healthy as ever.

Oh he is darling, and there really is nothing better than a little chunk on a baby! one of my favorite things for sure!

Holy smokes! I love a chubby baby too. More to love and snuggle! He weighs almost the same as Ollie but is so much more rolly (I guess Ollie is an inch and a half longer so he is stretched out). What a cute boy!!

SO CUTE!!!!!! I love chubby babies! He really is big...Emma was not even 19 lbs. at her 9 months check-up! I love it!!!! :)

He is as big as Brooke pretty much she was 16lbs 12oz and 25.5 inches long at her 6 month appointment :) HE IS SO SUPER CUTE and yes I totally agree the boy is thriving and I LOVE IT TOO!!! Nothing more cute then a chunkey healthy little baby! It's that yummy breast milk and all that love! Glad you got yourself a healthy one!

As much as I am enjoying my now thinned out (still big boy) toddler, looking at these totally make me miss the baby chunks and rolls and cheese! I love this post! And yes, he will hate you some day for this ;) Doesn't it almost make you proud though seeing your boy doing so well....you must have some wonder milk!

I always feel this sense of pride when my babies get fat. Yup, I did that. All that fat? that's from my good milk. He is fat and squishy and so cute.

Why is it that rolls and dimples on babies are so freaking cute...but on adults its pretty gross?! :) Braden is such a cutie!

Jess, you're so cute. I miss you guys and wish we could see more of you! Boom Chicka Boom Boom was one of my favorite books!!! I thought that's why you were thinking about us, but then I thought, "how did she know I loved that book??" but then I kept reading, haha.

And you're totally right... that IS the only time cellulite is ok!! ;)

Riley's Rantings

***"Did we get a new car?"-Riley "No...?"-Mom***Conversation starters Riley picked up all by herself and asks us throughout the day-"What's your favorite sport" & "What time's your appointment? 2 o'clock?" ***"Mom come look at my twisty poop!" ***"I don't have time for this, open the door!"-Riley wanting to get in the house to use the bathroom. ***"You're busted"-Riley told me this after i wrote her name in a new book she got. She kept explaining that we are not allowed to color in books. ***"We're a broken family" out of the blue, i told her "we are not! where did you hear that?!" i figured out they say that in lilo and stich her absolute favorite movie these past couple weeks. ***Riley usually says "heyyy little chubby guy" when talking to Braden but the other day she said "Heyyyyy little Stupid guy" she clearly had no clue what that word means, she got a stearn talking to, she started bawling and that is that. Josh and i are learning to censor all that we say! ***Riley has told me to "shut-up" twice so past week, which resulted in major trouble. She also tells me daily "I dont care!" but it's usually about something random, just part of her babble. ***"Mom, mooooommmmmm, MOM.moooooooooommmmmmmmmmmmmm, mom, mom, mommy, mommy, mommy-mom"-what i hear all day long from riley, i'm glad she thinks i have the answer to everything but give me a break! :) ***"Oma,(german for grandma)you look so pretty, you look so pretty, you look like a donkey."-Riley brushing my mother in law's hair, guess she thinks donkeys are pretty! ***"They have chalk-es" Pronounced chalk-ez, as in mult. pieces.-Riley learning her grammer. ***"Riley, get in bed and go to sleep, it's NAP time. Do you need a spanking?" Riley-"yes." she rolls over on her tummy. I ignore her and tuck her in. Riley-"Can i have a spanking please?" ***"It's wrapped. It looks like a wrapped sea shell."-Riley after pooing on the potty... ? ***"You go poo.poo on the potty.YOU'RE IN TROUBLE. LOOK AT MY EYES!" complete with a spanking.-Riley talking to her baby...gee i wonder what mom does... ***Riley, come eat tamales..."I'm mad at tamales, I HATE tamales!"-Riley ***"Geez...you just make me cry mom"-Riley ***"My pony is eating special milk. I'm pumping it!"-Riley
